Energy Audits and Analysis
The first step in any drive to create energy savings. Our engineers will visit your site and assess all energy usage from lighting, air con, heating and general power etc. We will then provide you with a detailed proposal of what changes, upgrades and installations can be implemented, the costs of these services, the payback time for your investment and the ongoing annual savings after payback is achieved.
LED Lighting Upgrades
Save up to 80% of your total lighting costs. Traditional lighting systems such as incandescent and fluorescent are highly inefficient energy users. LED systems typically use 10% of the power used by older systems. When combined with fittings with built in motion detection the reduction in your lighting costs can be phenomenal.
Photovoltaic (PV Solar Systems)
Installed on the roof or any flat surface of your premises to generate free electricity from the sun. This energy is then used to power your business before power is taken from the ESB grid. Depending on the size of the PV system and the nature of your business PV systems can save 80% of your electricity costs during peak production times.
Electric Vehicle Charging Systems
Installed to meet the growing move to environmentally cleaner transport systems. Transport minister Eamonn Ryan has said that the government is ‘on track’ to reach its target of having 950,000 electric vehicles on our roads by 2030. This means that most commercial premises will be fitted with EV chargers by this time to meet their staff’s needs. We can install managed EV charging systems that can be used to generate revenue to offset against energy bills. These systems can allow access to staff, the public or both, as you see fit, with different kWh rates applied to each group.
Energy Monitoring Systems
Monitor total power consumption as well as power consumption by individual circuits. We install the hardware on your electrical distribution boards and through our software we monitor in real-time detailed graphs of power usage. This allows you to clearly see where energy is being wasted, and therefore implement upgrades or repairs to rectify this.
Water Conservation
Systems installed throughout your premises to reduce the costs of your metered water bill. This can include rain-water storage tanks and high efficiency taps and flushing systems.
